251d 8点半 t28🔼↔️ / 暴衝了2天 😅🤦🏻‍♀️😭🐷 / 昨晚和朋友聽完演講10點多11點,还吃了宵夜,泡麵、炸雞、燒餅油條、蛋餅、豆漿⋯ 肚子飽到起床⋯ 會肥死😭😭🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷⋯ 10月只剩2天😅🤦🏻‍♀️😭怎辦 ⋯ 約哥會說 又要發聲明了 😅😅😂😂🤣🤣
125.9 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

我不甘心的不是2天⬆️的0.7,而是昨晚的宵夜永和豆漿 實在太難吃了 ⋯ 我八百年難得吃一回宵夜 ⋯ 吃東西會胖就算了,至少也要吃點好吃的,胖才值得⋯ 😅😅
