Totally off track. Only worked out once last week (SRT with Mitzi), none this week. Fast food on the way to kids camp mtg and AWANA, dinner with Andra and teachers, Alece bday, biltmore with bishops this weekend. If I can just keep from gaining I'll be doing great. Gotta try to get back on track Monday!!!
