Stuck. Was really good Monday and Tuesday with diet and exercise, but the scale wont move. Gonna up my calories to 1400 and see what happens...
170.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
