I haven't weighed in since the end of Sept. My sister came for a visit and we went on a staycation that included a lot of eating out. I did not track anything. I indulged in whatever I wanted. On my scale I was up 6 lbs last Sat, but it kept going down as the week progressed. When I finally got to WW yesterday, I was only up 2.2 lbs. YAY! I am not expecting to lose this coming week, because it is my birthday week and I will indulge again. That's okay because I know I can get right back on track and back to where I need to be.
