241d 8点 t28🔼⬇️ 56.4(0.7)/ 体重3天 每叮每噹了 😅🤦🏻‍♀️ / 昨晚加班太忙,还沒吃晚餐咧,也沒有比較瘦啊 😅🤦🏻‍♀️ / 話說前晚还吃宵夜😅🤦🏻‍♀️ / 体脂终於又慢慢回到28,搞很久,希望不要再⬆️回去😅🤦🏻‍♀️ / 今晚有事重訓請假,這週只運動一天😅🤦🏻‍♀️
