240d 9点 t29🔼⬆️ / 昨出差吃了很多高熱量高碳水🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️,都不敢回想了🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️,还吃宵夜5顆大餛飩🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️,加上沒💩,今天体脂就⬆️了🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️😭😭(早晚重差0.5)
124.3 lb Lost so far: 35.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

如果是水分 体脂就會⬇️ 了 我上週親戚來積水⬆️1公斤多 体脂是⬇️整整1% 多 我沒紀錄 因為我知道是騙人的⋯
