I have been keeping up with the whole water challenge. Believe me it is a challenge because there are so many tempting things. For example i was at a family dinner and there was ample amounts of soda but, I stuck to my Poland springs water because I am determined.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
