I struggle, starting over and over. Placing blame on Chantix, pain, boredom from inactivity because of pain. Just excuses!! Going to log good bad and ugly. Why did my Fitbit stop syncing with fat secret? Stretching and strengthening exercises done. Going to the treadmill now. I try to do as much as I can before the cramping in my right leg starts.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
