wt 172.5 finally I am below 173 this is a 5 lb weight loss this week
I have to lose 5 more lbs to get to 167.5 which is the lowest I've been.
just cardio today Monday will start week 6 of the strength exercise.
167.5 lb Lost so far: 68.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
