Was afraid of that. 130 didn’t stick around. BUT I did have two bottles of water late afternoon/evening AND helped run practice so perhaps it’s a normal gain like if I’d have worked out. 🤞
131.4 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
