stayed on diet for four days straight : ) I ate at in and out today but kept to my calorie allotment because I didn't eat before I went there. I ate cereal for supper and snack and got right to 1210 calories but not over. I am on my 5th week of exercise and have not missed any. I have done really well this week and I am very proud of myself. : )
