Changing goal weight to 140 in order to bulk while lifting to 155, my weights with the major lifts are reasonable but it seems like the BMI chart suggests such a low range for a healthy weight range that I'm sure everyone has heard doesn't work that well if you're a lifter or bodybuilder.
215.8 lb Lost so far: 114.2 lb.    Still to go: 70.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
