ate what ray cooked today rice, corn ,red pepper,green chiles, chicken ,butter around 5 cups don't know the calorie count had some grapefruit and peach also did 30 minutes of cardio
167.5 lb Lost so far: 68.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
