199d 8点 t30🔼↔️ 下飯的菜很好吃 但很肥~~ 才9月第一週,要怎麼撐到月底 🤔🤔~~ 每天都很貪吃,最近胃口不錯~~
125.2 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
