190d 9点 t30🔼⬆️🤦🏻‍♀️ / 晚起量其實不太準 ,雖然昨下午穿衣服量也是⬇️的 ,但那是吃2個芝麻戚風蛋糕前的事 ,失眠好累 ,睡晚了脫水?? 我比較怕明天的反應⋯ 我經常是亂吃 隔天才會⬆️⋯
