Due to asthma issues I could not follow walking daily. Doc changed my meds on Thursday and was much better Spent over 20 hours over the weekend working on a customer's quilts. That entails standing-walking very very slowly and constant upper body movement basically drawing with a 4 foot long 50 lb industrial machine. I think that may have made up for not being able to walk most of the week. Hard to walk when every breath is a struggle, hurts, and walking 15 feet leaves one short of breath and dizzy.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
