Ok, didn’t weigh in or track my food over the weekend, as it was a busy one....but I did ok overall, ate salads but did have a few beers each day. Back to the grind today. Didn’t get my exercise in over the weekend either, as I worked the bar all weekend, but I have faith it will become more of a habit on the weekends again too.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
