72 hrs of fasting and still going strong
132.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just be careful. I was hospitalized before for going quite long. Would’ve been dead within a day or two. Vitamins and water... (oranges and watermelon are good too... won’t gain weight from them. It’s basically just flavored water)
