昨天量地重也有人跟我說不要在乎那零點幾四捨五入就沒了的話!可是肌肉量的增加好像就是零點幾開始的吧?😓😓😓都不動體重也不減不是會很沒信心😱😱😱

的確,如果沒有像里昂那種體重體脂都下降,肌肉量也上升的狀況,有時真的沒啥信心。但是又有多少人像里昂這麼認真努力付出的,我們還是耐心一點慢慢努力💪吧。
