Morgen iedereen! I just finished a 30 min workout. Later I will go for a walk. Tonight B-party... I hope not to go crazy eating and drinking.
130.1 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
