just weighed in..no loss to report..im beginnin to think im gonna have to eat more this week, im thinkin ive gotten my calorie intake down to far..its just so hard to eat the way i use to knowing that its calories i have to reburn bck off..but im guessin thats what im gonna have to do..just gonna have to pick foods, an not worry about the salt intake since salt is in everything we eat anymore to preserve it..gonna get my calorie intake up to like 1200-1500 for a week or 2 and see if after that i cant have a few low days...
312.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've heard that before, upping your calories to lose more weight. Does it speed up your metabolism or what? Not that I'm at that point, if anything I need to cut mine. Good luck.

We all reach a stall; you are doing so great!!!!!! I think your idea is ok, but don't worry that much; it will go down again......so long as you are on your program!

I bet it will help. Hey it's worth a shot! With all the exercise you do the only reason I can think of that you have stalled is that you metabolism is trying to balance out and keeep you the same. Mixing it up but upping calories is scary, but it works for a lot of people, myself included! Good luck!

yeah i have to try something..watchin everything i eat, tryin to eat all the right stuff and droppin calories, isnt doing the job, might as well eat good for a couple of weeks and then drop the calories one or 2 days to see if tht keeps my body guessing..
