I'm just drinking water with a bit of lemon and decaf coffee with some milk and stevia. No food. I should avoid the coffees too and do a plain water fast but, after doing it for so many years, keeping a prolonged water fast is tough!

Wow impressive! I can only 'water fast' for two days at a time because I have a 'sweet tooth' and will cave and drink a sugary drink. However, I have no problem not eating solid food for 11 days.
