117d 8:50 t30(可能晚量有⬇️)昨熬夜很晚睡,體重沒什麼變化 ,至少頂住了昨沒運動的超大盒排骨蛋炒飯~~ 腰酸酸滴,超煩的大姨媽又要回國來找我了~~ 今天也是忙碌的工作~~💪🏻💪🏻
128.7 lb Lost so far: 31.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
