did 40 minutes of cardio today. didn't feel that I was really at a 4 level so I did some light jogging for a couple of minutes at a time. I. need to try this tomorrow.
167.5 lb Lost so far: 68.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
