so far so good.
I'm weening my self off of the diet calender to see if I can do this on my own. This week was pretty good and I still watch the calories even if I eat out.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
