on the 4th day of the 1st week of the 6 week workout. I have done the core and the lower basic, today I will do the upper basic. these exercises are doable and they work. you can feel it in your muscles after a workout. my legs are getting stronger because I can do the lunges better. I am seeing places where I am trimming down. my big thing now is to get my eating together.
