A new month, a new day, a new beginning; time to pick up the pieces and carry on for a fresh start. So here I go new goals and just going to try. Positive energy, meditation and finding that secret place thank you Lord Jesus for pulling me through this tough struggle. His strength and only with him can I conquer myself.
248.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 50.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
