I weighed myself yesterday and now even more depressed than before. I couldn't believe how much I really had gained since going back to work. I am battling sinus and allergies but will get back to walking when I'm feeling better. We are trying to save money to buy our house and land so no more gym memberships til it's finalized. Well I'm trying to get back on track with my health.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
