100d / 31.5。要出差早起提早量。昨晚睡前有放心喝很多水,我好像晚上比白天感覺渴,白天一點都不會想喝水。
134.5 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

就是!! 但我很想再去買一次來吃耶,怎辦!! 可能前2、3天是胖的,可能昨天去🥊有掉些水分,可能明天量就⬆️還我了!!(可能好幾天沒好好💩了很煩躁)
