did lower body basics today. these are doable. I am going to try to finish out the 6 weeks and see how I feel and look. they do not take long to do and I. can feel it. will do 30 minutes of step aerobics today.
167.5 lb Lost so far: 68.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
