Two days of no exercise and I stayed at 308 lbs. Yesterday I hit the bike, weight room, and rowing machine and hit 306 this morning. 299, here I come. On to 260!
306.3 lb Lost so far: 50.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
