this reflects my late night snack of bread and cheeses
156.5 lb Lost so far: 33.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week

A few days eating as you did when you were losing should see the kilo off pretty sharp-ish, Willie. Maybe even take you under the 70kg. A small sacrifice for a few beers on Saturday for the cup final, eh? All the best 👍🏻

Thanks, but I believe my latest issues revolve around my reluctant bowel. An old injury has resulted in me having a digestive system that gets "clogged up". it's been 4 days since I "unclogged" my digestive tract and my weight has shot up accordingly. Sad times just now, but good times are just around the corner (or u-bend)....

I have the same problem and end up taking meds for it daily just to be sure not to have it all stay with me. LOL 🙅🏻‍♀️
