I'm gaining weight. This is 2 weeks in a row. Chet. I can feel (and see) the fat accumulating in my tummy. Monthly numbers: Last month: April 2018 Weight 157.5 lbs Body Fat 38 % This month: April 2018 Weight 160 lbs Body Fat 38 % I may still be getting used to working do much. 9-11 hours a day, M-F. Wow. This is unhealthy. But this ride is not over. Cheers to making May count!

Yours is a desk job? Yes, it is unhealthy. Go for a walk during lunch. Stay on top of it. Don't let 3 lbs become 30 lbs. A lot longer and harder to lose 30lbs... I found the worse about being on a diet and in an office was the junk other people brought in to share with all. i noticed it was always a very thin girl that was a 'boss' that would bring in junk and we were her staff and always struggling with weight issues. Looking back, I wonder if her intentions were pure.

And yes. I work in a cubical 90% of the time. The work I do is pretty addictive, and it's hard to step away. I have to remind myself to go for a walk, or take a lunch. I sometimes eat lunch at my desk. Things will subside, I know it. I think I am experience a learning curve since there is sooooooo much to learn. Thankfully, I am now able to stop working weekends....... Also, my boss is a "proud fatty" - his words - who brings us donuts, cookies, candy, etc. After 2 months, I'm finally starting no to all of that!
