After eating a gigantic feast last night I lost weight!!! I did not over eat though and really enjoyed myself stopped when I was satisfied and I was hungry later and have a snack good sign for things to come!!😋
208.8 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 63.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
