55d (-8.5)。33。停滯中。🙄🙄🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️。過兩天來去吃炸雞薯條比薩甜點冰淇淋算了。💃💃。這幾天開始有吃優格,有比較順利,但125g一小杯,碳水就6,對我來說滿高的。
135.6 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
