Of course I’m going to fluctuate here and there... trying to decide how often to weigh in and log it! I’ve seen this number several times this week, so decided it must be my new base weight! Slow and steady...
178.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
