I refuse to look at my progress on any more of my challenges. I lost four pounds but they have it as I gained one. Awesome. I lost 2.5" off my waist this week and I know I should have pushed for more. I'm too competitive, so I'm really curious to see what happens next week my goal is at least 4, but I want to push for about 7. ;) I'm a sore loser, so let's hope this works.
