Weber River's Journal, 17 March 2018

Life is very stressful right now, and because of that, watching my weight go up A WHOLE POUND over a month was a lot more annoying than it should have been.

So to give the finger to unreasonable expectations, I intentionally overindulged on food this week. Just to prove that the world won't end if I do. And what do you know, it didn't. A couple of pounds regained does not mean that I'm doomed to gain back EVERYTHING.

...1 pound... in 1 month?... 😱 omg ONE POUND!?... lol really that could have been any combination of anything. That’s nothing to worry about. You should feel good about that, that it wasn’t anything more. So don’t worry about it.

Oh also.. the overconsumption of food. You’re right. The world won’t end. Your world will keep going, and the weight? Guess what. Higher foods I’m guessing higher in carbs yes? That weight, aaaaallllll water weight. no worries. Keep on keeping on 👌🏻

Haha, isn't it ridiculous? Chaotic life stuff going on right now has made me pretty prone to catastrophic thinking.
