Woke at 220.0, down 1.8 from yesterday. It's Fasting Friday, so I'm flushing out all day with black coffee and water. Will eat again on Saturday afternoon. UPDATE: Hunger pangs at 11:45 and 2:30. Interesting, as I usually eat at noon and often have a snack at 3. Drinking more water to push through. UPDATE: Fasted all day except for black coffee and water (and lots of it). Weighed 221.2 at 7 pm, so actually heavier than my waking weight despite not eating! But that's being hydrated all day. Walked 1.9 miles at home doing chores in between working at my standing desk. Just sat down for the first time today. Blood ketones were 1.4 millimolar just now, so ketosis is going well. Will eat tomorrow afternoon.
