Not gonna worry about not having a drop in weight. New body composition scale to be here today. YAY!. Weight has to drop sooner or later because I am doing everything right. I checked my weigh ins from past dr appts, and on 12/29/17 I weighed 292. So I have actually lost 14 lbs in less than 2 months. I'm gonna give myself a big hug! Hee! Hee!

I was so hungry at 10pm when I went to bed last night, couldn't fall asleep and had restless legs. Finally fell asleep at midnight then woke up at 2am. WTHeck!😁 Googled on my phone then fell asleep again at 5am and slept in til 9am.

I have chronic fatigue syndrome but gonna push myself to walk everyday for 30 minutes. It will probably wipe me out but hopefully it should eventually make me feel better!

Tachatna, Thanks for the support! Part of it lost cutting calories and carbohydrates, then I began LCHF on 1/30/18. I'm doing the Yo-Yo right now. I'm determined to make this new style work for me.
