Woke at 217.2, up 1.4 from yesterday. Rededicating to keto today. UPDATE: Came in the door bloated and weighing 218.8 after eating two packs of tuna, an avocado, and my LAST bag of pork rinds! Ate some sardines, some blueberries, and a large salad for dinner. Fruit and salad put me up to 28 net carbs, so didn't hit my net 20 goal again. My waking weight was today's low.

Today is my low carb day, too. I have it all planned out for the week. I did this to make a shopping list. It's funny because most low carb days are low calorie days, too.

I think you are doing quite well, actually. Keeping it under 50g net carbs should still keep you in ketosis ... according to the Protein Power book, by Dr. Eades.

I do the 16-8 diets, and modified Keto, I usually eat lunch or dinner foods for fist meal, fish, steak, pork steaks, Chicken, eggs, hamburger pattys,seems to work better and not always have a breakfast food, experiment on Keto, Good Luck

Do you think there was too much salt? How salty are Pork rinds? I LOVE Avocados.. Still all healthy choices! good job! you will be down again soon. Hang in there :)

I'm still working out a good routine for keto, but I have found that when my carbs are too high I see an immediate result on the scale, no loss or a slight gain. I'm assuming water retention due to the carbs as my calories haven't been too far out of wack. A day of lower carbs seems to take care of it but it slows down the overall weight loss.
