Awfull weigh in today - don't even want to record it - I will later - just can't think about it right now - need to have a good day today - cutting up some fruit and getting my work done so that I can workout at the gym later - will make a batch of weight watchers soup as well.

Sorry about your weigh in, but it sounds like you're prepared to get it off.

It's your choice, of course, but I think it's best to record it. My best weigh-ins are the bad ones, it stops me cold. Pull yourself back together gently and come on back down. We have folks waitin' for yuh down heah... ;-)

There's nothing wrong with you. Maybe you had a bad day, but it sounds like your ready to get back on track with some soup. Record the weigh in. Two weeks ago I gained over 2 pounds I recorded it and got back on track, and you can too!!

Good job megan, now you can enjoy watching yourself turn that chart back around. Of course, as sharry says there is nothing wrong with you at all, it happens to us all. You are at the upper end of your range which would imply there are a few things going on in your life, nothing new there (lol). Take yourself by the hand and bring yourself back to earth *gently.* Personally, I take a rougher approach with myself and do low or very low days but, I'm not going to recommend it. Let me know how you are doing. If you don't see me it's just that I have my mind on other things.
