@Amy Champagne It's Coffee, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 tbsp of butter, and splenda

Bulletproof Coffee has MCT oil in it. MCT oil is a special version of coconut oil that has mostly medium chain triglycerides. For a sixteen ounce drink, I use two tablespoons of grass-fed butter, one tablespoon of coconut oil (because that is what I can tolerate), and a few drops of stevia. Splenda is a chemical that will activate the receptors for sugar and will lead to cravings. Stevia is natural and does not.

or you can use erythritol as a sweetner, it's lightly sweet and doesn't have a high glycemic index
