Well, today was my first full day and I think I did pretty good calorie-wise. I'm not sure how many calories I should have, but I do know I cut way back, so that's a start. The Chex mix and peanuts weren't the best choices for snacks, but it's all I had for work. Acutally, the Chex Mix wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It tided me over until my next meal. My apple cider has a lot of calories, but it is a tad bit better than wine and no alcohol :) I'll switch over to tea or water for the rest of the night now :)
