If you follow them or they follow you, you should be able to click on their member profile and see the last time they had any activity. You can send a private message, but I don't think they get an email, but need to be in FS to see the message. I've been wondering about Miraculum who hasn't posted in about a month and I know she had some doctor or surgeon's consultations and really hope everything is okay with her.
