It sure is starting to get chilly. Lately we haven't been waking up at 6 to do workouts and instead going in the evening after 10:00. The cold weather is good for sleeping in and staying in the covers. This cold weather brings cravings. Trying to stay away from the peanut butter and my kids Halloween candy the sweet grandparents brought over. I'm going to do my best to stay strong to fight the cravings in the power of Jesus name ! Amen!
