Celebrated 1 year on Keto Sunday , woke to the smell of smoke @ 2am Monday & evacuated shortly after. House is still okay so far but mandatory evacuation zone border is 2 blocks from my house. We know MANY people who have lost their homes. Got back into the house for a bit this morning and decided to grab a few more things and also weigh myself-- I'm down despite the chaos. Managing to stay 100% Keto while evacuated (staying with family) but my mind has been miles from my usual, daily FS updates. REALLY miss my daily workouts. My trainer opened the gym for a 2 hours yesterday so a few of us could get some exercise. I drove 50 miles to make that happen. Everything, everywhere smells like thick smoke 24/7 all over the San Francisco Bay Area.

My goodness, thanks everyone for all the love! The community here is slowly working towards establishing the new "normal." I'm back home with one of my kids. My home is fine but there is devastation, grief and disbelief every where, you encounter it during every errand, wherever you go, etc. Its very surreal.
