Agree with documenting, at least for first month and periodically. Otherwise , your mind plays tricks on you. "Oh, I think I only a little bit of snack" meanwhile, you wolfed down 4oz cheese, 5 crackers, a few pretzels and a soft drink totalling over 500 calories. When I first started I guestimated that I was eating 150 grams of carbs. After logging for a week it was closer to 400!! Good luck to you in your journey
