Day 1 of egg fat fast, need to shock my system!
6 eggs a day any way
6 oz cheese any kind
6 tbsp fat any kind

I've made egg salad with mayo and cheese crisps to dunk!
6 oz shredded cheese made 12 crisps
Spread through out the day, easy peasy!
