First day on watching what I eat more. My goal is to reduce my sugars intake and watch more careful on what sweets I eat. When I go grocery shopping I will customize my diet better to attain my goal but wanted to get something started now. Plan on doing some stomach work to reduce belly flat and build my biceps up as well. Third week since I broke my ankle so my excersizing will not be too much at this point.
